Product overview
SyncSol ETCF 1567 pairs a 25 µm polyester base with a 100 µm reinforced fibreglass backing and a solvent-based adhesive, for a total thickness of 155 µm. The embedded filaments carry the load, giving the tape the high tensile strength needed to keep heavy items tightly bundled.
Its backing stands up to abrasion, moisture and scuffing. Adhesion to steel is 700 g/inch and the roll ball tack figure is 8 cm, the lowest initial grab among the ETCF grades. Elongation at break is 130 %, dielectric breakdown is 5,500 V and the temperature rating is 130 ℃. Colour: cream.
Choose ETCF 1567 when strength matters but a softer initial grab is preferred. For higher adhesion pick ETCF 1568, and for applications nearer 180 ℃ choose the rubber-adhesive ETCF 1566.
