Fleece Tape

Fleece tape is a soft polyester harnessing tape with a non-woven PET fleece backing, coated on one side with pressure-sensitive synthetic rubber adhesive. It is designed for lightweight, flexible wire harnesses where noise damping matters, and stays stable from −40 ℃ to +105 ℃.

SyncSol supplies fleece tape for wire harness wrapping in automotive and white goods applications. It is very flexible, tears by hand and resists abrasion, ageing and rotting, so it performs well in wet or damp conditions.

About Fleece Tape

In a vehicle or appliance, loose cables in a harness can vibrate and rattle against each other and nearby parts. The non-woven polyester fleece absorbs that contact noise, while its fibrous structure resists abrasion against sharp edges and neighbouring parts. Because the fleece is flexible and tears by hand, it wraps neatly around branches and junctions without slowing assembly.
