Spacer Tape

Spacer tape is a foam tape used as a spacer element in structural silicone glazing. It is coated with a high-strength acrylic adhesive on one or both sides of the foam. In the double-sided version the adhesive gives a secure temporary bond, holding the glazing components steady while the structural silicone cures.

SyncSol supplies spacer tape in a wide range of thicknesses and configurations, in black or grey. It is designed for two-sided and four-sided structural silicone glazing and is chemically compatible with all major silicone systems used on facades.
