Aluminium Glass Fiber Tape
Aluminium glass fibre tape is aluminium foil fused to a fibreglass cloth backing and coated with a solvent acrylic adhesive. The combination gives a flame-retardant tape with high tensile strength, good abrasion resistance and very low moisture vapour transmission.
SyncSol supplies this tape for HVAC and building thermal insulation, and for insulating industrial plant and vessel engine rooms. The reflective surface returns both heat and light, while the strong adhesive and holding power make it reliable for sealing joints and seams on insulated industrial pipes.
