Thermal Conductive Tape

This thermal conductive tape is a double-sided film tape coated with acrylic adhesive on both faces. It creates a preferred path for heat to move from heat-generating components into heat sinks or other cooling devices, while also providing electrical insulation between the bonded parts.

It is well suited to drawing heat away from metal and plastic parts that radiate heat, such as the heat sinks in LED backlights and LED lighting units.
