Product overview
SyncSol SFLT 2477 is a fleece tape made from a 70 gsm non-woven cloth carrier coated with hotmelt adhesive and supplied on a moisture-stable paper liner. The non-woven carrier is stiffer and more dimensionally stable than tissue carriers, while still flexible enough to follow rough, uneven or curved surfaces and to bond around corners.
It offers good initial tack and lasting adhesion, holding on low surface energy (LSE) plastics without edge lifting. Adhesion to steel is 1,100 g, tensile strength 190 N/25 mm and elongation at break 100%. The liner releases easily, which speeds up part processing.
Available in white or black. In some industries this tape is known as air vent tape.
