Pink Rayon Tape SPRT 3254

Product overview

SyncSol SPRT 3254 is built on a 135 gsm pink rayon cloth with a rubber-based adhesive, giving a total weight of 220 gsm. It has a tensile strength of 15 kg/25 mm, 5% elongation at break and an adhesion to steel of 550 g/inch, with a listed temperature rating of 180 ℃.

The tape provides a dielectric breakdown of 2,500 V and electrical resistance above 1 × 10⁶. Compared with the SPCT 5432 polyester cloth grade, the rayon backing is heavier and its adhesion roughly twice as high.

Use on clean, dry, dust-free surfaces with firm pressure. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and use within 12 months of manufacture.
