Nylon Cloth Tape SNCT 2411

Product overview

SyncSol SNCT 2411 pairs a 110 gsm nylon cloth with a hotmelt adhesive and a water-resistant outer coating, for a total weight of 139 gsm. The nylon backing provides tensile strength with 17% elongation at break, and the tape tears easily by hand without the adhesive drying out on the roll.

Its main role is reinforcement: the tape adds tensile strength to leather, synthetic leather and cloth. In footwear production it is used on uppers, back seams, cut portions and upper edges, and it is designed to run on strap-fitting and flattening machines.

Adhesion to steel is 194 g/inch and the temperature rating is 90 ℃, so the tape suits reinforcement work rather than high-load bonding or hot processes. Available in white or black.
