Product overview
SyncSol MTPC 8291 uses a 50 µm polyester film with a high-temperature silicone adhesive, for a total thickness of 75 µm. It offers adhesion to steel of 900 g per inch and tensile strength of 20 kg, with temperature resistance listed at 300 ℃ and long-term resistance of 220 ℃ for 7 hours or 200 ℃ for 24 hours.
The tape withstands the acids and chemicals found in powder coating lines and is removed in one piece, leaving no residue. Its blue colour gives strong contrast for both visual checks and automatic detection, and an adjusted unwind force keeps application easy.
With its thicker film, MTPC 8291 suits jobs that need a sturdier tape than MTPC 8290.
