Product overview
SyncSol SEVA 5845 is a white EVA foam tape with a 1.5 mm foam carrier, a 50 gsm hotmelt adhesive coating and a paper release liner. It offers good adhesion, high shear strength and long ageing life, with adhesion to steel of 1,000/1,200 g, tensile strength of 54 g and elongation of 100%.
With a hardness of 20 ± 3 Shore A, the foam stays soft and conforms to minor surface variations. Service range is −10 ℃ to 90 ℃. A single-sided version is available on request, in roll or die-cut form.
Thinner than SEVA 5844, this grade suits applications where a lower profile matters.
