Product overview

SyncSol SEVA 5844 is a white EVA foam tape, 2.0 mm thick, coated with 50 gsm of hotmelt adhesive and supplied on a paper release liner. It provides good adhesion and high shear strength with long ageing life. Adhesion to steel is 1,000/1,200 g, tensile strength 74 g/mm and elongation at break 100%.

The soft foam, at 20 ± 3 Shore A, cushions and fills small gaps between parts. It is rated for use from −10 ℃ to 90 ℃ and is available single-sided if required, in roll or die-cut form.
