Product overview
SyncSol ETCP 5286 is a class B electrical insulation tape made from a 25 µm polyester film with a natural rubber adhesive, giving a total thickness of 55 µm. It offers adhesion to steel of 900 g per inch, 70 % elongation at break and a temperature resistance of 130 ℃.
Its heat-cured rubber adhesive system resists varnishes and impregnating agents. The tape offers high breakdown voltage, conforms well and resists tearing and puncture, along with good resistance to temperature, voltage and weathering.
It is available in clear, black, blue, red, green and yellow, which makes colour-coding of windings and leads straightforward.
